The conference will be held in the “Oktyabrskaya” hotel, an international four-star hotel (http://www.oktober-hotel.spb.ru/oktober.nsf/en/main). The “Oktyabrskaya” hotel (St. Petersburg, 10/118 Ligovsky Prospect) is located near the Ploshchad Vosstaniya metro station, in the Central District of the city, in one of the most beautiful and luxurious areas of St. Petersburg, opposite the Moscow Railway Station. The main attraction of the city, the Winter Palace, which is a part of the world famous Hermitage Museum, is easily accessible by public transport (2.7 km from the hotel).
The “Oktyabrskaya” hotel has got everything to have a conference at the high level. In addition, it is located beside the North-West Public Health Research Center.
